Terms of Service | Neural Method

1. Infrastructure Services

Neural Method provides the authority infrastructure (the "Platform") designed to govern, authorize, and enforce institutional policies on autonomous AI systems. By accessing the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our governance control plane and decision services.

2. Authority and Execution Liability

Neural Method serves as a deterministic decision plane. While we enforce the policies you define, you retain full responsibility for the design, scope, and legal implications of those policies. Neural Method does not control the underlying AI models and is not liable for their reasoning or outputs—our responsibility is limited to the deterministic enforcement of your specific institutional boundaries.

3. Service Level Agreements (SLA)

We recognize that authority must be instantaneous. Neural Method strives for 99.99% availability of the decision infrastructure with millisecond-class latency for authorization outcomes. Specific uptime guarantees and support response times are governed by your enterprise Master Services Agreement (MSA).

4. Intellectual Property & Records

The Platform's methodologies, decision systems, and visual structures are the property of Neural Method. However, all authorization outcomes and verifiable history generated by your specific deployment are the exclusive property of your institution. You possess the permanent right to retain and audit these records for compliance and forensic purposes.

5. Acceptable Use of Agency

The Platform may not be used to authorize AI actions that violate international law, engage in malicious cyber-operations, or facilitate unauthorized financial transactions. Neural Method reserves the right to suspend any control plane that is found to be in violation of these ethical and legal boundaries.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neural Method's liability is limited to the fees paid for the Platform during the twelve months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the failure of a downstream system to properly enforce a verified Neural Method authorization.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of our primary corporate headquarters.
