As an infrastructure provider, we process three primary categories of data:

• Authority Policies: The institutional rules and deterministic caps you define for your AI systems.
• Execution Intents: High-level metadata regarding the actions your AI agents propose to take (e.g., resource requests, workflow initiations).
• Governance Records: Verifiable history of authorization outcomes issued by the Neural Method control plane.

Data Sovereignty & VPC Deployment

For enterprise clients requiring maximum isolation, Neural Method offers deployment models within your own Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) or air-gapped environments. In these configurations, execution intents and governance records never leave your controlled infrastructure.

Analytics and Operational Logs

We use technical logs and internal analytics (including Google Analytics) to ensure the stability and performance of our decision plane. This data is used exclusively to optimize decision latency, identify infrastructure anomalies, and improve the reliability of our protective-by-design boundaries.

Data Retention & Deletion

Institutional governance records are retained according to your organization's specific compliance requirements. By default, Neural Method persists these records to provide forensic traceability, but they can be purged or archived based on your custom retention policies.

Security & Integrity

Integrity is the core of our platform. Every governance record is secured to ensure tamper-evident integrity and prevent unauthorized modifications. We implement industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3+).
